When you book we keep your name, phone, optional email and the appointment so the business can serve you. Only that business and our administrators can see it.
“My location” is used only on your device to centre the map and sort by distance. It is never sent to or stored on our servers. We ask for permission only when you tap the button.
Home-service providers appear as an area, not an exact address.
To learn where more businesses are needed, each map search records only: the map centre rounded to about 500 m, the zoom level, the filters used, how many results appeared, the country and the time. No account, device ID or exact location is stored, and these records are deleted after 12 months.
If you suggest a business to invite, we save only its name and a general area (about 1 km).
